Exhibition Stand Construction
We understand the importance and approach deadlines responsibly. Each project has its own dedicated manager who oversees all stages of construction. Both the manager and the head of the installation team are always present on site during the assembly process. Administrative and production issues are promptly resolved by responsible personnel.
Before we begin work, we’ll advise you on the strengths and weaknesses of your stand’s location within the exhibition pavilion. We’ll also handle coordination with the exhibition complex administration to arrange engineering services for connecting electrical power sources to your stand, ensuring sufficient capacity for the event.
Exhibition Stand Design
An exhibition stand begins with the idea of a design project. A team of designers presents several working options for the client to choose from. Amendments and additions to the selected stand layout are made until final approval by the client.
After the design project is approved by the client, we create detailed drawings and a technical specification for manufacturing. This documentation will guide the installation crew during the construction process.
Exhibition Stand Production
Structures of any size are manufactured at ATLANT EXPO’s in-house production facilities. Materials used are those approved by the client during the design project phase. Designing the project, fabricating model components, and delivery to the assembly site are managed under one organization’s production plan. |
Delivery of ready-made constructions from production workshops to the exhibition venue is fully carried out by company transport. We manage the entire logistics process including delivery schedule, coordinating technical access to the exhibition grounds, movement plans, vehicle passes, unloading, and transportation of structures inside the halls.
Turnkey Exhibition Stands
We not only build exhibition stands but also cover additional service needs for our clients. We deliver, assemble, and install everything necessary for the exhibition. For the event, we provide reception desks, chairs, press walls, promotional stands, leaflet holders, plasma screens for displaying information from electronic media, coffee machines, and water coolers.
When signing a contract for stand construction, you can also order the manufacture of souvenir products, booking tickets and accommodation for exhibition participants, as well as catering services.
